- Creating 5-year strategic plans for a municipal recreation division.
- Creating bureau-wide performance indicators in compliance with General Accounting Office standards.
- Designing comprehensive five-year evaluation plans for municipal parks bureau.
- Designing a statistically valid sampling model to assess customer satisfaction for a municipal parks & recreation bureau.
- Designing and administering customer and employee survey instruments.
- Creating and facilitating a collaborative work model for a public/private partnership between a municipal parks and recreation bureau and 30 local nonprofit service providers to provide enhanced recreational opportunities for under-served youth.
